I am running Vista Ultimate on my P/C. I purchased the D-Link 655. Installed fine no problem until, I went to check my email, using Outlook Express.

Please pastebin your logs. Tell us how you installed BOINC. What projects are you running/trying to run? Try following the directions Eric wrote.
I have been able to get on the network for sometime, using Road Runner in the Albany area. Just recently, friday i always get a Connection Refused when trying to connect.
Cant receive images from yahoo address anymore connection refused
